1 Packet Japanese Tofu, Cut into 1cm slide
100g Minced Pork
1 Teaspoon Grated Garlic
Seasonings:
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Soy Bean Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Soy Bean Sauce
120ml (1/2 Cup) Water
1 Teaspoon Cornflour
Method:
- Heat up the pan and add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. Then add the Japanese Tofu.
- Deep fried both surface to golden color and set aside.
- Heat up the pan again with 1 teaspoon of cooking oil and add grated garlic. Then add the minced pork and cook till done.
- Add the seasonings and cook till sauce thickens.
- Add the sauce on the Japanese Tofu and serve.
