叉烧
用了小红葱,蒜米,姜块磨茸,加点蜜糖和麦芽糖,酱油和绍兴酒醃制夹心肉(上肉)一天,
第二天连着醃制的酱料和肉块一起倒入锅中慢慢煮,煮到酱汁收干为止。
