Rosti Big Breakfast
瑞士薯饼大早餐
- 先把马铃薯煮熟, 但是不要过度软。
- 待冷削皮后, 把马铃薯搓成一丝丝。
- 加入盐, 起司粉和胡椒粉调味。
- 平底锅放入少许油, 开中火, 把马铃薯丝放入平底锅, 压平, 煎大概10-15分钟, 直到金黄色或者香脆。把薯饼移去一个大碟, 然后再翻面把薯饼放回去锅, 金黄色那面现在向上了。
- 再继续煎10分钟, 就完成了。
Rosti Big Breakfast
- Potatoes
- Salt, pepper and cheese powder to taste
- Boil the potatoes in a pot with high heat, for around 10-15 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.
- Peel and grate the potatoes and add in salt, pepper and cheese powder, toss well.
- Heat up a non-stick frying pan, add in potatoes and press firmly. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the base is golden brown or crispy.
- Slide the rosti out of the pan onto a large board. Flip the rosti over back into the pan so that the golden side is now uppermost. Cook for a further 10 minutes or until cooked through and the base is golden brown and crispy.
