Ingredients-for 15 cup cakes :
155 g flour
20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 g baking soda
2 g salt
115 g butter, softened
200 g sugar

1/2 (1 ounce) bottle McCormick® Red Food Color
5 ml McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
30 g butter, softened
15 g sour cream
5 ml McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
30 g butter, softened

5 ml McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
Directions
Tips:Rather than buying cake flour, reduce all-purpose flour slightly and add cornstarch.
